Our services may include FinishLynx photo-finish timing systems, Hy-Tek Meet Manager, live results publishing, scoring, meet administration, and related event services.
2. Website Use
The Statsman910 Timing website is provided for legitimate purposes, including obtaining information about our services, requesting timing services or quotes, viewing meet information and results, and contacting Statsman910 Timing.
Users may not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorized access to systems or information, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person or organization, or use website content for unlawful purposes.
3. Meet Entries and Information
Athlete, team, school, and event information may be provided to Statsman910 Timing by meet directors, coaches, schools, organizations, registration services, or other authorized sources.
The meet host is responsible for providing accurate meet configuration and athlete, heat, lane, and event information required for results processing.
Statsman910 Timing is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information supplied by another party.
4. Timing and Meet Management
Statsman910 Timing uses FinishLynx for photo-finish determinations and supports results processing through Hy-Tek Meet Management software.
While every reasonable effort is made to provide accurate and timely services, timing and results operations may be affected by equipment failure, power or internet outages, weather, venue conditions, incorrect entry information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Live and Official Results
Statsman910 Timing may publish competition results online during a meet. Live-posted results are considered provisional until the applicable correction period has closed.
Official results may be distributed through the Statsman910 Timing website or other authorized athletic results platforms.
Users should not assume that live or preliminary results are final until they have been verified or designated as official.
6. Results Corrections
Requests for corrections should generally be submitted within the established 15–30-minute correction window after the affected event's results are posted online, subject to the rules and procedures governing the competition.
A correction request should identify the event, heat or lane when applicable, athlete or team, and the nature of the concern.
Statsman910 Timing may review FinishLynx photo-finish records and available meet data when verifying timing or results questions.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Statsman910 Timing name, company logo, website design, graphics, original written material, promotional materials, and other original company content are owned by or licensed to Statsman910 Timing.
They may not be reproduced, modified, sold, or used commercially without permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos, software, and products—including FinishLynx and Hy-Tek—remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to those products does not transfer ownership of their trademarks to Statsman910 Timing.
8. Acceptable Use of Results
Coaches, athletes, parents, schools, media, and spectators may view and reasonably share publicly available meet results for informational and athletic purposes.
Users may not intentionally alter results and represent the altered information as official Statsman910 Timing results or use Statsman910 Timing information fraudulently or unlawfully.

11. Payments for Timing Services
Contracted timing and meet management services are subject to the applicable service agreement or contract between Statsman910 Timing and the meet host.
Under Statsman910 Timing's current service policy, payment is due at the end of the meet, with the payment method confirmed in advance between Statsman910 Timing and the host.
If a separate signed contract establishes different payment terms, the signed contract will govern that engagement.
